Through the systems that support the Fourth Theme data/information has been gathered. This comes from a range of local and national sources that allow us to measure the performance of those Fourth Theme indicators that are contained in
Leicesters Local area Agreement.
The systems that gather data/information have been introduced by those delivering the Fourth Theme of the LAA and the MAA and include an LAA Target sign Off Sheet, a Quarterley Returns Template and an Outcome Delivery Plan.

Data/information that is captured through these tools combined with the Performance Plus corporate reporting and performance mechanism is used as part of the Sustainable Economic Partnership LAA Quarterly Reporting Mechanism.

These systems are also supported by reporting and decision making mechanisms. The Partnership that is directly reponsible for the delivery of the Fourth Theme of the LAA is the Sustainable Economic Partnership (SEP). The SEP meets on a bi-monthly basis.
